eradic8 SCD - High-Level Hygiene Disinfectant
SCD is a Stabilised Chlorine Dioxide based disinfectant unique to Amazon Bio-Guard Ltd that harnesses the immense biocidal activity of chlorine dioxide without the instability. This type of product lends itself to many applications, but is most suited to areas where High Level Disinfectation, or even sterilisation, is required. eradic8 SCD has passed EN 13704 sporicidal testing in less than six minutes!

eradic8 SCD is extremely effective yet completely safe to use and handle, making it the most versatile product in the eradic8 range. It can be used in any situation - even in the presence of food and food surfaces SCD is perfectly safe.
eradic8 SCD has been proven to be effective where most other disinfectants aren't. Due to the expense and sensitivity of some non-invasive endoscopes they can not be sterilised in the autoclaves - this is where eradic8 SCD comes into its own.
Proven To European Standard EN 13704
Clinically proven to EN 13704 - the European Standard for sporicidal activity - and beyond. whereas the European Standard requires 3 log reduction in 30 minutes, SCD demonstrated a 3 log reduction in less than six minutes against a virulent environmental strain of Bacillus cereus. eradic8 SCD is an absolute must where sterile environments are needed fast!
Whilst killing spores is the product's best attribute, this is by no means the limit to its abilities. SCD can be used in almost any environment, whether it be healthcare or food preparation, and the overall safety and the extent of the product's killing power really does make it extremely versatile.
SCD is available as a ready-to-use product, in 0.75 litre trigger spray or 25 litre drums.
